For the Telstra Global site, one item that came out of the initial research done for the Telstra Enterprise redesign rollout was the customer’s need for a map that would showcase how capable the Telstra Network is on a global scale.
Ensuring our customers know exactly what Telstra’s global capabilities are was hard to fit into one map. The types of coverage I had to visually display included satellite, cloud, data centres and sub-sea cables just to name a few.
Interaction design
To really bring the design to life, the whole experience also had the interactions fully designed and documented to really delight our users.
